Our current product line is centered around our “wing” concept of Arduino shield. We don’t want to add a reset button and activity LEDs just because we’re obscuring some perfectly good ones on the main board. We want to avoid covering parts of your other shields. You can insert wing shields anywhere in the stack of boards and still get to the important bits.

The ScrewShield is the first product in our wing shield line. The ProtoScrewshield for Arduino adds a prototyping area.

There are more to come. However, don’t hold your breath waiting for these bad ideas from our brainstorming session:

  • SteamShield: a tiny wood-fired steam engine to power your Arduino
  • FruitShield: a 2.7″ x 2.1″ raised-bed garden for growing very small produce
  • ShieldShield: an actual Arthurian shield to protect your Arduino from marauders, replete with custom heraldic emblem (Actually, that last one sounds kinda cool.)
